Has anyone had success with this program on Windows 10? It continually crashes when dealing with I/O Mapping.

I've tried to install the application on Windows 10, but I didn't succeed because the software is lacking DLL files that are nowhere to be found on the web. Initially, it asked for GTK+ Runtime library files and I've managed to install them successfully, then proceeded to the actual installation of the application and everything worked great again.
When I've launched the software, an error regarding a missing DLL popped up. I've searched for that DLL file, but I couldn't find it.
I would like to know if the ZP3 Planner software is compatible with Windows 7.

There is no information for ZP3 Planner and compatibility with Windows 7. I have checked all the possible website, and the software appears on a website, but only in form of a CD purchase. There is no information about it regarding compatibility with Windows operating system.
How can I change the comm port from default comm one to say for instance comm port two?
